As an alumnus of the Clark Honors College, we want to support you in staying connected to the college and to your fellow alumni, and we want to encourage you to enrich the community through interacting with current CHC studentsWhat made a difference to you while you were in the CHC?  A faculty mentor? An internship? A study abroad experience that opened doors you didn’t even know existed? We invite you to share these experiences with current CHC students through informal talks, newsletter articles, and mentorship or internship opportunities.

CHC Connections

The Clark Honors College launched an online alumni reunion book in April 2021 to mark the 60th anniversary of the college. It has since evolved into an exciting and valuable means of communicating with many of our over 4000 alums. Now that the book is no longer solely about the reunion, we are changing the name to CHC Connections. An invitation to create a personal page in this digital book was sent to all alumni for whom we had a current email address, and will be sent to each graduating class going forward. If you did not receive an invitation and would like to be included, please contact Elin England at eengland@uoregon.edu.

 

 


CHC Alumni News

How three 2018 CHC alums have used their theses to support their careers.

CHC alum Deborah Wang carried a heavy patient load in her optometry work, but her affinity for helping those around her began long before she became a doctor.

Animator Mary Vertulfo draws from her creative roots in Eugene and her time at the Clark Honors College to visually share the best of brands, social justice, and identity.

Clark Honors College student Kyle Trefny and two CHC alums are using basketball to help shape a future for Oregon where people live with fire, instead of fighting against it.
