The Clark Honors College experience does not end with graduation. Honors college students remain close with each other and with the University of Oregon long after they have completed their undergraduate degrees. Alumni and college news is shared via the Scholar, our semi-annual newsletter; we invite alumni to submit news items for publication.
Our graduates are represented by an active Clark Honors College Advisory Council, led by Jim Shephard '80, and include CHC graduates who have embraced a wide variety of professional careers. A variety of volunteer opportunities exists within the organization, and the council accepts suggestions for new activities.
We recently inaugurated the annual Alumni Achievement Award to honor our distinguished alumni. During 2010-11, we celebrated the fiftieth anniversary of the Clark Honors College.
In 2008, we launched the Chapman Hall Renovation Campaign, a multimillion dollar project that will provide expanded quarters for the CHC's administrative, academic, and faculty functions. We welcome your participation and support in our efforts, which will ensure that future generations of students can learn and grow in this program that has so enriched our lives.
