Registration to Walk at Commencement

PLEASE READ: GUIDELINES FOR COMPLETING THIS FORM

Graduating seniors must register.  Students who graduate in the same calendar year may walk. For instance, students who graduate winter, spring, summer or fall 2008 - the Class of 2008 - may walk in the spring 2008 commencement ceremony. Please complete all fields that apply to you. No changes can be made after the last day to register for spring term.

  • The name you provide will be printed in the program. You may use your middle name, middle initial, or no middle name.
  • The thesis title you provide can be your final title or proposed title. If this is left blank, the title of your thesis prospectus will be used in the program.
