Louise Bishop honored at CAS reception for faculty authors Dec. 4
CHC associate dean and associate professor Louise Bishop is one of 72 College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) faculty authors who have published a new book since January 1, 2007 and were honored at a CAS reception on December 4. Bishop’s book, Words, Stones, and Herbs: The Healing Word in Medieval and Early Modern England, was published by Syracuse University Press in 2007.

Adjunct assistant professor of literature Ce Rosenow’s article, "'An Unlikely Treasure Hoard:' The Beginning of Ezra Pound's Poetics and the Conclusion of 'The Seafarer'" was just published by Notes and Queries, a well-regarded journal in literary studies and published by Oxford University Press.

Ce Rosenow, adjunct assistant professor of literature, is one of five Oregon poets who will read poetry at “From West to East, a Poetry Feast,” at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 4, at Tsunami Books, 2585 Willamette Street. Other poets featured are: George Hitchcock, Geri Doran, Robert Hill Long, and David Memmott.
