Dr. Angela Rovak received her Ph.D. from the University of Oregon within Department of English in Spring of 2019. Her research centered on race, gender and reproductive science as represented in 20th Century Black women’s’ novels. She continues her research into this topic today, and also works as the Clark Honors College’s First-Year Academic Advisor.
