All environmental problems possess natural and social science dimensions. Identifying, diagnosing, and developing responses to these environmental problems requires a diverse set of skills and methods. This course aims to familiarize students with the theory and practice of research design and methods useful in environmental contexts.  Students will write a research or project proposal to apply the skills developed in the class.
