Insider Tips

  • If you apply before the priority deadline, you can get $100 off the trip's cost!
  • Be sure to finish all listed items on the application. It will be automatically submitted by a GEO advisor once they've been completed.
  • Be as honest as possible on your housing and health forms. These are meant to help you and won't impact your acceptance for the trip. This will assure compatibility between roommates and get you access to resources you need.

Scholarships

  • The GEO website has a page dedicated to Scholarships and Finances. Check out https://geo.uoregon.edu/scholarships to learn more about the scholarships available.
  • GEO advisors can help you identify which scholarships will be best catered to your specific situation and can help answer any questions about the application process.
  • Clark Honors College students are eligible for CHC-specific study abroad scholarships based on financial need and academic merit.
